Over the past few days, I’ve spoken with more than 250 QHHT practitioners.
Not in a formal setting.
Not in training.
Just real conversations.
And what came up… was surprisingly consistent.
The Problem Isn’t Learning QHHT
Most people assume the hard part is:
👉 learning the technique
👉 understanding the process
👉 getting certified
But that’s not where most people struggle.
The real challenges begin after the training ends.
What Practitioners Are Actually Dealing With
Across dozens and dozens of conversations, the same themes kept showing up:
“I can’t find clients… even for free sessions”
“Sessions are too long… people won’t commit”
“I don’t feel confident leading sessions yet”
“There’s no real mentorship or community after training”
“I don’t have a proper space to do sessions”
“People are curious… but hesitant about hypnosis”
And one stood out more than anything else:
👉 Most practitioners never even reach their first 25 sessions.
The In-Between Phase No One Prepares You For
There’s a phase that almost everyone hits.
You’ve:
completed the training
learned the structure
maybe done a few sessions
But you’re not fully confident yet. You’re not fully consistent yet.And things don’t feel natural.
It’s that space where you’re:
👉 trained… but not fully activated
And this is where most people get stuck.
What Actually Moves People Forward
From everything I’ve seen, the practitioners who grow aren’t the ones who:
👉 know the most
👉 study the most
👉 or try to perfect everything
They’re the ones who:
get real reps in
stay close to other practitioners
learn from actual sessions (not just theory)
and stay in it long enough for things to click
Because at a certain point…
👉 something shifts
The process becomes natural
Your confidence stabilizes
And sessions start flowing differently
Why This Matters for Clients Too
If you’re someone considering a QHHT session…
This might actually give you more clarity.
Because what you’re really looking for isn’t:
👉 the “highest level practitioner”
👉 or the most credentials
It’s someone who:
has real experience
understands the process
and can hold space without forcing anything
Those qualities don’t come from training alone.
👉 They come from doing the work.
What I Realized Through These Conversations
I didn’t start these conversations to sell anything.
I just wanted to understand:
👉 what’s actually happening behind the scenes
Because the reality is very different from what’s presented in training.
There’s a gap.
And once you see it… you can’t unsee it.
💡 The Bigger Opportunity
For practitioners:
👉 this phase isn’t a failure
👉 it’s part of the path
And if you move through it properly…
it becomes your biggest advantage.
✨ If You’re a Practitioner
If any of this resonates with you…
You’re not the only one.
I’ve started putting together:
the patterns I’m seeing
what actually helps people move forward
and the frameworks that make sessions click

Or comment “Toolkit” and I’ll send it over.
✨ If You’re Considering a Session
If you’ve been curious about QHHT…
This is your reminder that:
👉 the experience matters more than the label
And when done properly…
it can be one of the most clarifying and transformative experiences you have.

🤔 Final Thought
There’s a moment in this work where things either:
👉 fade out
or
👉 start to come together
And the difference isn’t talent.
It’s staying in it long enough for it to make sense.
I’m curious…
If you’re a practitioner:
👉 what’s been your biggest challenge so far?
If you’re a client:
👉 what’s been your biggest hesitation?
