Refund Policy

Due to the nature of QHHT sessions, the following policy applies:

1. All Sales Are Final

All session bookings are non-refundable.

2. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session with at least 48 hours' notice.

Appointments rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit the session fee or deposit, except in cases of genuine emergency or illness, at the practitioner's discretion.

3. Late or Missed Sessions

• No-shows are non-refundable

• Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions

4. Exceptional Circumstances

At our discretion, rescheduling may be offered in cases of:

• Emergency

• Severe illness

5. Digital Products

All digital products (audio, recordings, downloads) are non-refundable.
