One of the most common concerns people have before trying QHHT is:

“Is it safe?”

The short answer is yes - when guided properly, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique is a safe and controlled experience.

You are never unconscious. You are aware the entire time.

You cannot be made to do anything against your will.

In fact, most people describe the state as deeply relaxed, similar to the feeling just before falling asleep.

During the session, you are always in control, and the practitioner is there to guide you safely through the experience.

If anything feels uncomfortable, you can shift, speak, or come out of the state at any time.

The goal is not to push you, but to support you.

When done correctly, QHHT is not just safe - it can be one of the most grounding and empowering experiences you’ll have.
