Preparing for your first QHHT session doesn’t need to be complicated.

In fact, the most important thing you can do is simply come with an open mind.
You don’t need to force anything or try to control the experience.
It’s also helpful to write down a list of questions (on paper) you’d like to ask your higher self.
These can be about your life, patterns, health, relationships, or purpose.
Try to get a good night’s rest before your session and avoid rushing.
The more relaxed you are, the easier it is to go deeper.
And most importantly, trust the process.
