Refund Policy

Due to the nature of QHHT sessions, the following policy applies:

1. All Sales Are Final

All session bookings are non-refundable.

2. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session with at least:

• 48 hours notice

Rescheduling requests within 48 hours may result in forfeiture.

3. Late or Missed Sessions

• No-shows are non-refundable

• Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions

4. Exceptional Circumstances

At our discretion, rescheduling may be offered in cases of:

• Emergency

• Severe illness

5. Digital Products

All digital products (audio, recordings, downloads) are non-refundable.
